Let me help you navigate your way through the staggering array of available computers to get what you need at the best price.
I don't build and sell computers directly to customers. The big names in the industry are now selling their products at such a competitive rate, I don't think that I can build computers at a price to compete. Maybe if I used cheap quality parts in places where you won't see them I could manage it, but that is completely against what I stand for.
Instead I offer a service to independently help you understand what is available in the marketplace, explain what all the jargon means in real terms, and help you get what is right for you.
My buying consultations are charged at a flat rate, and provide three parts:
- The first stage is to sit down with you and discuss what your computer requirements are going to be - what you will you use your computer for, how much you want to spend, where you are going to use it, and any other considerations.
- Next I will go away and do some research in the marketplace to see what is available at that time. I will put together some recommendations. Depending on your requirements I will usually come up with a recommended buy, and also some alternatives that match the recommended purchase's price and/or specification for comparison.
- The final stage of the consultation is to come and meet you again, explain the proposals, their pros and cons and why I believe they are best for you.
If you decide to go ahead with a purchase, then I can complete the process with installation and data transfer assistance at my normal rates.
