You can contact me during the day by phone, email, or Instant Messaging.

 

While not guaranteed, you can usually catch me on evenings and weekends for simple queries, quotes and to make appointments. I am also happy to complete work during these hours if necessary and my commitments allow.

 

I have both a landline and mobile number for you to contact me. My landline number is routed to my phone, so if you are a user you can call me Skype-to-Skype for free - see link below.

Note: When I am dealing with a customer in their home I will not answer the phone; please leave me a message and I will call you back as soon as is practical. I strongly believe that when working for, and being paid by, one customer I should not be spending that time speaking to others. You will of course receive the same courtesy.

 

I do have access to my email while I am away from my office, it is only for short periods between appointments. As such most emails will be responded to at the end of the day. If you need to get hold of me quickly, then please phone.
